1. Status under 18 U.S.C. § 2257

Content on MGF.AI is not subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A. It qualifies for the applicable exemption because it consists of AI-generated fictional depictions. It does not depict actual human beings engaged in actual sexually explicit conduct.

Accordingly, MGF.AI does not maintain § 2257 performer identification records for this offering. There are no real performers appearing in sexually explicit conduct on the service.

2. Nature of the service

MGF.AI offers fictional characters, dialogue, and related media produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. Characters are not real people. The service is for adults (18+) only and is not directed at minors.

3. Resemblance and real persons

Any resemblance to a real individual is unintentional. Using the service to target, impersonate, or generate sexual content of a real person without authorization — including deepfakes — is prohibited. Requests to remove such content are handled under our Complaints & Content Removal policy.

4. User inputs

Users may provide text or uploads. Those inputs are moderated. They do not change the nature of published characters and generated media as AI-produced fiction, and they may not be used to create illegal content or to depict real people without authorization.

5. If real-person explicit content were ever offered

If MGF.AI were to publish content depicting identifiable real persons in actual sexually explicit conduct, we would implement the age-verification, consent, and § 2257 record-keeping controls required by law before any such publication. That is not the current offering.
