18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

This statement is provided for compliance review purposes in connection with adult-oriented, AI-generated fictional experiences offered by MGF.AI. It is not legal advice.

1. Nature of the service

MGF.AI offers fictional characters, dialogue, and related media produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence. The service is intended for adults and is not directed at minors.

2. No depiction of real performers in explicit conduct

The product experience is built around fictional personas. We do not present real-world performers as participants in actual sexually explicit conduct for the purposes of § 2257-style recordkeeping categories associated with traditional adult productions.

3. Fictional characters; resemblance

Characters are not real people. Any resemblance to real individuals should be considered unintentional. Our policies prohibit using the service to target real people without authorization, including through deepfakes or impersonation.

4. Prohibited content categories (summary)

We prohibit content and conduct that violate our policies and/or applicable law, including (without limitation) content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, unauthorized depictions of real private individuals, and other high-risk categories described in our legal/community documents (primarily published in French on the legal hub).

5. User-generated inputs (UGC-style)

Even though characters are fictional, users may provide free-text prompts, descriptions, or uploads subject to moderation. We prohibit using those inputs to generate illegal content or to target real people, and we may remove content or restrict accounts accordingly.

7. Hypothetical future real-person content

If we were to publish content involving real identifiable persons in ways that trigger additional legal requirements (including age verification, consent, and record-keeping obligations), we would implement the applicable controls before such publication. Nothing on this page should be read as an admission that any particular regulatory scheme applies to our current AI-only fictional offering.

8. No claim of performer records

We are not stating that we maintain § 2257-style “performer” records for real participants in explicit visual depictions, because our current offering is centered on AI-generated fiction and does not rely on that model.
