Content reporting and removal

You may report content or behavior that you believe violates our rules or the law. This procedure is for service moderation; it does not constitute a criminal complaint nor a commitment to a particular outcome before judicial authorities.

1. How to report

Once logged in to your account (confirmed email address), you may use the in-site reporting form to report directly:

• a character profile (Report button on the public profile);
• a conversation message (report link next to messages in chat);
• an image in your gallery (button in the full-screen viewer).

You may also send an email to [email protected] (pre-filled subject "[MGF.AI] Content report"), describing precisely:

• the nature of the report (content, account, behavior);
• information to locate the content (URL, username, approximate date, useful screenshots);
• your contact email address for follow-up if needed.

2. Processing time

Reports are reviewed by the service administration team. For reports submitted via the in-app form, an automatic email acknowledgment may be sent when this option is enabled on the server (it remains disabled by default in test environments or if transactional email is not configured). For a mailto report, acknowledgment is not systematic; if insufficient information is provided, we may request clarification. Except in complex cases, we aim to respond or take action within fewer than three (3) business days from receipt of a complete report.

3. Processing by authorized administrators

Analysis of reports and decisions to remove content, suspend, or close accounts are carried out by authorized administrators, respecting privacy and using only data strictly necessary to handle the case.

4. Limits

Moderation does not predetermine a legal classification. We may remove content or restrict an account under our terms of use and community guidelines, without acknowledging a criminal offence or initiating proceedings on your behalf with authorities.
