Cookie and tracker policy

This page describes the cookies and trackers that may be used on MGF.AI, their purposes, and how you can express your choice when the law requires it. It supplements the privacy policy.

1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. Equivalent trackers (local storage, pixels, etc.) may have comparable effects for measuring audience or remembering preferences.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These trackers are required for the service to function (without prior consent under ePrivacy guidance):

• Session and authentication: maintaining your login, security (CSRF, session tokens);
• 18+ access: server-side storage (Flask session cookie) after confirmation on the age gate page;
• Interface preferences: for example theme or display mode (Sweet / After Dark) when stored in the browser to improve the experience.

Retention is generally limited to the session or a few months depending on the site's technical configuration.

3. Audience measurement and product improvement cookies

Analytics tools (aggregated or pseudonymized) may be deployed to understand product usage. When applicable regulations require prior consent, a banner or consent manager will be implemented before activating these non-essential trackers.

4. Advertising cookies (if any)

At this stage, no advertising affiliation is offered on the service. If advertising or profiling trackers were added later, they would only be used with your consent when the law requires it, and this page would be updated accordingly.

5. How to manage cookies in your browser

You can configure your browser to refuse or delete cookies (Privacy menu or equivalent). Refusing strictly necessary cookies may degrade or prevent use of certain features (login, checkout, etc.).
