Minors policy

MGF.AI is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Access to certain features (including Adult Mode / After Dark, reserved for Premium accounts that have completed age verification when that feature is enabled) requires that you be of legal age in your jurisdiction. See the age verification policy.

1. Prohibition of access by minors

Registration and use of the service are prohibited for minors. By creating an account, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority applicable in your country). Any false age declaration is your responsibility.

2. Territories and restrictions

In addition to age requirements, certain jurisdictions prohibit or heavily restrict adult-oriented or similar services. We reserve the right to block access from territories where making the service available would be incompatible with local law. See also Languages and territories.

3. Discovery of a minor's account or incorrect information

If you are a parent, guardian, or user and have reason to believe that a minor has registered or that data concerning a minor was collected in error, contact us without delay at [email protected] or via the procedure described on the Content reporting and removal page. We may, in particular, delete or restrict the account after a reasonable review of the information provided.

4. No solicitation of minors

The service must not be used to contact minors, solicit them, or produce content depicting them in an inappropriate or illegal manner. Such conduct may result in account closure and disclosure of information to authorities when required by law.
