No live card subscriptions are billed during PSP review. When card checkout goes live, cancellation will be available from the Subscription page, the payment provider’s portal where applicable, or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. See Payment provider compliance.

Once signed in, open the Subscription page. While card payment is not enabled, cancellation of a card subscription does not apply; for Premium access obtained otherwise (gift code, reviewer account), contact [email protected] or support. Otherwise, contact support or billing (below).
