MGF.AI respects intellectual property rights. Users must not use the Service to request or generate copyrighted characters, brands, or protected works in an infringing manner.

Real-person likeness, deepfakes, revenge content, and unauthorized impersonation are prohibited — see the Prohibited Content Policy.

Takedown notice

Email the address below with, where possible:

• claimant name and contact details;
• description of the copyrighted work;
• URL or location of the allegedly infringing material;
• a good-faith statement that use is not authorized;
• a statement of accuracy and authority to act on behalf of the rights holder;

Review process

We review good-faith notices and may remove or restrict access when appropriate. Incomplete notices may require clarification before action.

Indicative response time: Within five (5) business days.

Counter-notice

If you believe a removal was mistaken, you may submit a counter-notice with identity, contact details, content reference, and a good-faith statement. We may restore content or keep it removed based on legal and compliance risk assessment.

Repeat infringer policy

Repeated intellectual property violations may result in suspension or termination of the account.
