Complaints & Content Removal

This policy applies to all MGF.AI users and to any third party who submits a complaint.

This page describes how to report content, how we review complaints, the decisions we may take, and how to appeal.

2. How to submit a complaint

• In-product reporting where available (character profile, chat, gallery).
• Email to the abuse address, including a description of the content, where to find it (URL, username, date), and your contact email.

A person who believes they are depicted in content on MGF.AI — or that their likeness was used without authorization — may use the same channels and should write “Depicted person / removal” in the subject line.

3. What we review

• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activity;
• Human sex trafficking or suspected trafficking;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or lack of valid consent;
• Impersonation or unauthorized use of a real person’s identity or likeness;
• Minors or sexualization of minors;
• Copyright or privacy concerns;
• Prohibited content under our rules.

MGF.AI does not condone human sex trafficking. Every instance of suspected human trafficking is reported to the proper authorities.

4. Review timeline

Every reported complaint is reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt, without exception. If we need more information from you to locate the content, the five-day period starts when we have enough information to identify it.

Where content appears illegal or creates an imminent safety risk, we may restrict or remove it immediately while the review is completed within the same five-day period.

5. Outcomes of a review

After review, we will apply one or more of the following outcomes and notify the complainant when we have a contact address:

• No action — the content does not violate our policies or applicable law, or we cannot identify the material from the information provided;
• Restriction — the content is hidden, limited, or made unavailable to other users;
• Removal — the content is deleted or permanently taken down;
• Account measures — warning, restriction, suspension, or termination;
• Report to authorities — including every case of suspected human trafficking, and other cases where the law requires it.

If a depicted-person or consent complaint is upheld — including where consent was not given or is void under applicable law — the content is removed.

6. Appeals

You may appeal any decision resulting from a review, including a decision to take no action or a decision to restrict or remove content.

1. Write to [email protected] with “Appeal” in the subject line.
2. Identify the original complaint or decision, and explain why you disagree, with any supporting information.
3. We review the appeal and issue a written decision within five (5) business days.

A person depicted in the content (or who claims their likeness was used) may appeal under this same procedure to request removal.

7. Disagreement after an appeal — neutral body

If a disagreement remains after the appeal — including a disagreement about whether content depicting a person must be removed — the matter is referred to an independent neutral body. MGF.AI bears the cost of that referral. Either party to the appeal may request this referral by writing to the abuse address with “Neutral review” in the subject line after the appeal decision.
