This policy applies to all MGF.AI users.

This page explains how registered users and third parties may submit complaints and request content review, restriction, or removal on MGF.AI. It is for transparency and operational clarity. It is not legal advice.

2. How to submit

• In-product reporting where available (profile, chat, gallery).
• Email to the abuse address for third parties and extended correspondence.

3. Categories we take seriously

• Illegal content or promotion of illegal activity;
• Non-consensual intimate imagery;
• Impersonation or unauthorized identity use;
• Minors or sexualization of minors;
• Copyright or privacy concerns;
• Prohibited content under our rules.

4. Review timelines

Indicative content removal timeline: Within five (5) business days. We aim to acknowledge good-faith reports within five (5) business days where practicable.

5. Immediate mitigation

Where content appears manifestly illegal or creates imminent safety risk, we may restrict or remove access while review continues.

6. Account measures

We may apply warnings, restrictions, suspension, or termination for serious or repeated violations.

7. Appeals

Write to [email protected] with “Appeal” in the subject line and supporting information.
