Complaints & Content Removal (EN)
Last updated (indicative): May 2026
This page explains how registered users, third parties, and payment partners may submit complaints and request content review, restriction, or removal on MGF.AI. It is intended for transparency and operational clarity. It does not waive any rights or remedies that may exist under applicable law, and it is not legal advice.
1. Contact details
Use the channels below according to your situation:
- Abuse / content complaints (primary channel): [email protected] — include a clear subject line, a factual description, and any information that helps us locate the content (URLs, approximate date and time, screenshots if helpful, and a reply-to address).
- French reporting & takedown overview: Signalement et retrait de contenu (French hub page).
- Operator identity, billing, and general legal contact: Contact et facturation (publisher details and structured contacts).
2. How to submit a complaint or removal request
In addition to email, you may use the following where applicable:
- In-product reporting (signed-in users): where available, use the on-site reporting controls (for example, on a character profile, in chat, or in the gallery viewer) to submit a structured report.
- Email: the abuse address above remains the central channel for third parties and for matters that require attachments or extended correspondence.
3. Categories of reports we take seriously
Non-exhaustive examples include:
- Illegal content or content that appears to promote illegal activity;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual content involving a lack of consent;
- Impersonation or misuse of a third party’s identity without authorization;
- Minors or content that sexualizes minors, or otherwise appears to target minors;
- Copyright or privacy concerns (including requests that may require additional verification);
- Prohibited content under our rules — see the French policy Contenus interdits for detailed categories.
4. Review timelines
For content removal requests handled under this process, we additionally reference an indicative merchant timeline of Within five (5) business days where applicable. We aim to acknowledge good-faith reports and begin review within five (5) business days, where practicable. Investigations that require technical traces, identity verification, or coordination with third parties may take longer; we will use reasonable efforts to progress complex cases without undue delay.
5. Immediate mitigation (manifest illegality or imminent risk)
Where content appears to be manifestly illegal or creates an imminent safety risk, we may apply immediate mitigation — for example restricting access to the content, removing it from public surfaces, or suspending related features or accounts — while a fuller review continues. Such steps are precautionary and do not prejudge the final outcome of a report.
6. Account measures
Depending on the circumstances and our policies, we may take proportionate measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, or termination of accounts linked to serious or repeated violations. Measures are applied consistently with our French terms and community rules where they apply.
7. Evidence, retention, authorities, and payment partners
We may retain minimal records reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce our policies, respond to good-faith requests, and comply with applicable law. We may cooperate with competent authorities where required.
Where required by law or contract, or where objectively justified by serious or systemic risk, we may notify our payment partners of relevant facts — for example to meet acquirer or scheme expectations — without undertaking to notify reporters in every case.
8. Communication with complainants
Where practicable and permitted (including privacy and safety constraints), we may communicate the outcome of a review or next steps to the reporter using the contact details provided. We do not guarantee a particular outcome or a response in every matter.
9. Appeals and secondary review
If you believe you are wrongly depicted, that content is non-consensual, or that a moderation decision should be reconsidered, write to the same [email protected] inbox with “Appeal” or “Secondary review” in the subject line and any new material that supports your request. We consider good-faith appeals where appropriate, subject to safety and legal constraints.
10. Good-faith reporting and misuse
We treat reports seriously when they are submitted in good faith. Reports that appear intended to harass, silence lawful speech, or overload our channels may be deprioritized or rejected, consistent with our policies and applicable law.
11. French legal documents
For contractual terms and additional detail, our French documentation remains centrally available on the legal hub, including signalement et retrait de contenu.
