Strictly prohibited content and solicitations

This document clarifies the community guidelines for sensitive topics often reviewed by payment acquirers and authorities. It supplements the terms of use. Non-exhaustive list.

1. Minors and inappropriate depictions

• Any content involving minors, characters presented as minors, or ambiguous-age scenarios intended to circumvent the 18+ rule.
• Archetypes or tags evoking the sexualization of minors (including associated terminology such as "loli", "shota", "school" in a sexual context, etc.), even as "fiction".

2. Non-consent and sexual violence

• Scenarios of non-consensual sexual violence, inability to consent (sleep, chemical impairment, physical coercion, etc.).
• "Role-play" sliding into real non-consensual situations.

3. Incest, bestiality, exploitation

• Content or prompts inciting real incest or sexual relations with animals.
• Pimping, real prostitution, escorting, paid introductions outside a legal framework.

4. Real persons, celebrities, deepfakes

• Impersonation or imitation of identifiable real persons (celebrities, acquaintances, third parties) without authorization, including via deepfake or "face swap".
• Generation requests aimed at reproducing a real person in a degrading or deceptive manner.
• Prompts asking a character to look like a celebrity or other identifiable public figure.

5. Human sex trafficking

MGF.AI does not condone human sex trafficking. Content or solicitations that promote, depict, facilitate, or seek trafficking are prohibited. Every instance of suspected human trafficking is reported to the proper authorities.

6. Illegal content, hate, discrimination

• Incitement to hatred, coordinated harassment, credible threats, prohibited discrimination.
• Any content that is illegal in applicable jurisdictions.

7. Circumvention and platform abuse

• Attempts to bypass moderation, paywalls, age limits, or security systems.
• Mass scraping, resale of the service, unauthorized advertising spam.

8. Child sexual exploitation and related material

Any content or solicitation targeting the sexualization of minors, descriptions of abuse of minors, or sharing / requesting child sexual abuse material is strictly prohibited and may be reported to competent authorities in addition to measures on the service.

9. Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and harassment

• Content intended to humiliate, extort, or expose a real person without consent (including "revenge porn", intimate blackmail, malicious deepfakes).
• Incitement to coordinated harassment or "doxxing" for sexual harassment purposes.

10. Extreme violence, animal cruelty, public hygiene

• Scenarios of mutilation, snuff, or extreme gratuitous violence presented in a pornographic or inciting manner.
• Bestiality and cruelty to animals (in addition to prohibitions already stated in the terms of use).
• Content centered on bodily fluids with purely scatological or shocking hygienic intent, when it violates our community rules or applicable law.

11. Intoxication, sleep, coercion

• Scenarios exploiting a person who is asleep, under influence, or in a state that does not allow clear consent, in a non-consensual sexualized context.

12. Terrorism, violent extremism, trademarks

• Incitement to terrorism, violent hatred, or dangerous extremist activity.
• Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, or real personalities for deception or commercial circumvention.

13. Recreational drugs, alcohol as a topic, medical advice, sexualized menstruation

• Content or solicitations that treat recreational drugs or "getting high" as a topic, including named illegal substances.
• Treating alcohol or intoxication as a discussion topic. An ordinary glass of wine or coffee in consensual adult fiction is not this category.
• Medical diagnosis, dosage, or medication advice. Saying you feel unwell, or asking for rest and water, is not this category.
• Sexualized menstruation or period play. Mentioning a period for comfort is not this category.

14. Consequences

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities or the payment provider when required by law. Procedure: Complaints & Content Removal.
