Refunds, cancellations, and virtual currency (tokens)
Last updated (indicative): February 2026
This document supplements the terms of use. It aims to be transparent about billing, renewals, and limits related to consumable digital content. For any request: [email protected].
1. Payment provider
Card payments and equivalent methods are processed by a third-party payment provider (or any other provider indicated at checkout on the order page). The provider's contractual and operational terms (including chargeback disputes) apply alongside these rules to the extent that the law does not provide otherwise.
2. Premium subscription (recurrence and cancellation)
The paid subscription is generally automatically renewing for the period displayed at the time of subscription (monthly unless otherwise stated). The applicable amount and period are those shown on the Pricing page or on the payment screen at the time of confirmation.
While card payment is not enabled on the service, cancellation of renewal or subscription-related requests must be made by writing to [email protected] from your account email address (target processing time: see the Support page). Cancellation takes effect according to the provider's rules when in service (often: access until the end of the already-paid period); during rollout, terms will be confirmed by email when applicable.
3. Right of withdrawal and digital content (EU consumers)
When the right of withdrawal for European Union consumers applies, it may be excluded or limited where the contract concerns the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium whose performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgment of loss of the right of withdrawal. Activating a subscription or consuming tokens may constitute such performance having begun. Applicable details depend on your country and payment method; if in doubt, contact us before subscribing.
4. Tokens (credits)
Tokens are internal virtual currency used to access certain actions (image generation or regeneration, premium actions described on the site). They are generally not convertible to cash, not transferable between accounts, and non-refundable once debited for an action completed or initiated, except in case of manifest billing error or legal obligation.
Token packs sold separately follow the same logic: any proven use of purchased credit may exclude a full refund. In case of proven technical malfunction (double charge without service rendered), contact support with evidence (timestamp, screenshot).
5. Support response times
We aim to process requests within two business days for billing or account access matters; complex disputes (reporting, moderation) may require more time. No timeframe guarantees a particular outcome.
6. Chargebacks and abuse
Abusive chargebacks or payments made in violation of the terms of use may result in account suspension and retention of information useful to defend our rights. For reports of illegal content, see Content reporting and removal or [email protected].
