Compliance, risks and payment acquirers

This page summarises, for financial partners and users, the positioning of the MGF.AI service. It does not replace the Terms of use, the privacy policy or external legal advice.

1. Nature of the service

• Fictional characters (official or user-created) and AI-generated dialogues.
• Target audience: adults (18+) only; not designed for minors.
• Public surfaces of the site and character pages: deliberately softer tone (Sweet); more explicit content belongs to logged-in areas and restricted modes.

2. After Dark mode (18+)

After Dark mode is designed for an adult audience. The public experience remains SFW (Sweet) by default. After Dark / Adult Mode access is technically restricted to Premium accounts that have completed valid age verification when the provider is enabled on the server (server-side control on relevant routes and APIs). It must not be presented as accessible to anonymous visitors or without these prerequisites.

3. Age control and user journey

An age gate (browser session) limits access to most « application » pages for new visitors, with documented exceptions: legal pages, robots, the Pricing grid, Support page, the marketing homepage (home) and public character profiles (profiles accessible by public link), presented in a tone suited to the general public — to allow commercial transparency, discovery of fictional characters and reasonable indexing, while keeping the logged-in space (chat, gallery, Discover, etc.) behind the 18+ session. Registration relies on an age declaration and acceptance of the Terms.

4. UGC and moderation (MVP)

User creations are created in private visibility by default. If the creator chooses publication in the « Discover » area (community), the request is placed in a validation queue: the character remains private to other users until reviewed by the team; if rejected, it remains private. This step aims to limit risks related to prohibited content. Official characters remain under editorial control of the team.

6. Payments

No live card billing is offered during payment service provider (PSP) review. Planned commercial terms (recurring subscription, tokens) are described indicatively on Billing terms and Payment provider compliance. Premium access for review may be granted without card payment (reviewer accounts, gift codes or internal provisioning). When the PSP is enabled, payments will be processed by the provider indicated at checkout; MGF.AI will not store the full card number. See also Refunds and tokens and Contact / billing.

7. Affiliation

No public affiliation programme is open at this time. Any change will be announced on legal documents with anti-spam and anti-deception rules.
