Age verification policy

This policy applies to all MGF.AI users.

MGF.AI is a fictional AI companion service. The site is SFW by default. Adult Mode (explicit content, After Dark) is optional and reserved for Premium users who have completed age verification through a third-party provider when that service is enabled. Access is limited to persons at least 18 years old in their jurisdiction.

1. Interstitial and confirmation

Depending on the page visited, we may show an age confirmation screen reminding users of the minimum age and the fictional nature of characters. Continuing on gated areas constitutes confirmation. See our cookie policy and privacy policy for technical details.

2. Additional controls

We are onboarding third-party age verification for jurisdictions where legally required. These controls apply before live paid adult access where applicable. See billing & compliance information.

3. Minors
